JCC of Columbia Hosts the J FIT FAIR

JCC of Columbia will host its J Fit Fair from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, March 26. This event is designed to promote and encourage an awareness and sense of engagement from the local community in the areas of health, fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. Other fun activities include creative crafts, demonstrations, healthy bites, entertainment and hands-on activities. A free event; participants are encouraged to bring money to shop.
