Harmony School Now Enrolling!

Harmony School, of Columbia, is now enrolling for the 2015-2016 school term. For more than 20 years, the small, affordable nonprofit private preschool, kindergarten and elementary school has offered a unique, multi-year curriculum of Montessori, Waldorf and inquiry-based learning in self-paced, multi-age classroom settings.

The school’s mission is to create a warm and natural environment that encourages children to explore and develop their individual capabilities while teaching them problem-solving skills and respect for others. The learning programs used instill kindness in developing children and nurture a sense of belonging and community within them through hands-on learning and interactive activities. Students are also enriched in other creative and academic areas, such as music, art, literature, poetry, foreign language and physical movement.

In addition, Harmony School offers afterschool care if needed, extracurricular activities, field trip experiences and opportunities to participate in community service projects. Tuition is affordable and budget friendly.
