KMB Hosts Its Grinding of the Greens Mulch Giveaway

On Saturday, January 9, Keep the Midlands Beautiful will host its Grinding of the Greens Mulch Giveaway. The free mulch produced will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 a.m. The mulch pickup sites are the S.C. Farmers’ Market, 3483 Charleston Highway, West Columbia, and Seven Oaks Park, 200 Leisure Lane, Columbia. Established in 1989 to serve Richland and Lexington counties, the mission of Keep the Midlands Beautiful is to engage, inspire and educate the Midlands to invest in our community through litter prevention, recycling and beautification.
