Lexington County and Partners Host April Recycle Event

On Saturday, April 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Lexington County Solid Waste Management Division in partnership with the Lexington County Stormwater Consortium, Keep the Midlands Beautiful and the S.C. Department of Agriculture, will host a waste recycling event for Lexington County residents at Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church, located at 5503 Sunset Boulevard, Lexington. Acceptable recycle items include computers (laptops, monitors, CPUs, keyboards, printers, scanners), TVs, copiers, VCR/DVD players, cell phones, paints, aerosols, fertilizers, cleaners, pesticides, gently used shoes, shreddable paper and more.
