Midlands’ March for Babies

On Saturday, April 23, starting at 9 a.m., the March of Dimes Chapter of the Midlands will host its March for Babies walk at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds. The event is designed to help raise money to support the March of Dimes mission, which is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality—specifically those within our community. Individuals, family and company teams are encouraged to come out and lend their support by lacing up and participating to help families in need within the community. Registration opens at 8 a.m. This year’s fundraising goal is $500,000.
