Wingard’s Market Hosts Spring Fling

It’s a Spring Fling thing! On Saturday, March 11, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wingard’s Market will host its Spring Fling event as part of its year-long 50th anniversary celebration and commemoration. Gates will open at 7 a.m. with coffee and homemade biscuits served by Wingard’s baker, JoAnn Moss. In addition, tasty sausage bites will be provided by important Wingard’s product supplier, Sylvan Farms.

Attendees can also wander through Wingard’s signature five-room gift shop, enjoy the taste of local farm fresh produce in the produce market, and prep for the 2017 gardening season, to include wildlife care, by visiting Wingard’s newly opened Wings and Things section. Also as part of the day’s celebration, the first 100 customers will receive 50 percent off any one regular-priced item (on Saturday only).

March 11 will also be the only day that Wingard’s Market will offer Wingard’s Market Garden Dollars to customers and attendees to be spent from Thursday, March 16, through Saturday, December 23. Restrictions and usage guidelines do apply, so call for details.
