Lexington County and KMB Host Recycle Event

As part of their Green Is Clean Campaign, the county of Lexington and Keep the Midlands Beautiful (KMB) will host a waste recycling event on Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at White Knoll High School, located at 5643 Platt Springs Road, in Lexington. Hosted for Lexington County residents only, acceptable recycle items include computers (laptops, monitors, CPUs, keyboards, printers and scanners), TVs, copiers, VCR/DVD players and cell phones. Other approved items include household hazardous waste, gently used shoes, shreddable paper and more.
