Yoga Gives Back!

On Mondays starting at 10 a.m. and Tuesdays starting at 6:30 p.m., open yoga classes will be available for those interested in attending throughout the month of June. Many studies have shown that yoga has been effective in relieving anxiety, reducing stress and increasing energy. The first class is free. To attend regularly, participants are asked to give a $5 donation, volunteer at least one hour of time at a determined scheduled event or give two to five canned goods to a specified food drive. Mats and blankets are provided.
