Yoga Mama Now Offering Virtual Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Classes

Practice yoga with Kyla Saphir in your own home with your baby/babies! Classes will be targeted to lower stress and anxiety levels during this unpredictable time. The sessions are appropriate for all pregnancy trimesters and perfect for new moms that are at least four to six weeks postpartum. Online group and private lessons are available.
