Turn Trash Into Fashion at Runaway Runway 2026

The Columbia Design League’s (CDL) Runaway Runway returns on Saturday, April 18, at the Columbia Museum of Art, celebrating creativity, sustainability and community connection through a one-of-a-kind recycled fashion show. Presented by the CDL, the annual showcase invites designers to transform discarded materials into imaginative, wearable art, highlighting how mindful design can shift our relationship with waste and inspire more sustainable choices.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the runway show from 7 to 9:30 p.m. A private post-show reception for sponsors and VIP ticket holders begins at 10:30 p.m. at Ambrosia Tavern – The Loft.
