Palladium Tour Showcases Life on Main Street

Historic Columbia will present the Palladium Tour: Life on Main Street from noon to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 7, along the 1500 block of Main Street in Columbia, offering guests an inside look at urban living, design and the ongoing reinvention of downtown spaces.

The tour, based at the AIA South Carolina Center for Architecture, highlights a mix of private residences, short-term rentals and commercial spaces that reflect the character and energy of Main Street’s evolving urban core.

Due to the nature of the featured spaces, tour times will be staggered. Guests will select a preferred tour start time when purchasing tickets and should plan to spend two to three hours on the tour. Refreshments will be available before, during and after the tour, and the route and site list will be released to attendees 48 hours in advance.
