Yoga Gives Back
Yoga Gives Back: Every Thursday. Studies show that yoga is effective in relieving anxiety, reducing stress and increasing energy. The first class is free.
To attend regularly, participants are asked to give a $5 donation, volunteer at least one hour of time at a determined scheduled event, or give two to five canned goods to a specified food drive. Mats and blankets are provided.
