Training In Concentration
During this half-day retreat, learn techniques to increase concentration both in and out of meditation.
We live in a world where distractions are growing increasingly intense. However, in order to find deep inner peace, we need to find a way to move beyond these distractions and improve our concentration. Concentration is important in every aspect of our life, from doing our job to driving our car, but it is especially important for getting the most out of meditation practice.
During this half-day retreat, learn techniques to increase concentration both in and out of meditation. Everyone welcome.
